Perfection! As a family with two small kids (1 and 4) we are aware that to make a vacation and a hotel that caters both to small children and adults is pretty much impossible, but MASL was able to do it! Everything in the hotel is extremely thought out, the food, the decor, the children's pool and play area, the view, the animal area.. and the tennis court was probably the most beautiful setting we played in tennis in. The pools are amazing and beautiful. The saunas for adults were also very special and relaxing. We especially appreciated being made comfortable in the common areas and restaurant, despite our little ones which were sometimes noisy and messy. We spent 7 nights in the hotel and were sad to leave! We especially recommend this to families with children under the age of 10, though even couples would definitely enjoy the hotel

A Hotel as a hotel should be, correct and friendly staff, modern and new hotel, great rooms (we had family room) clean. Fine dinner and wine list. Breakfast also very good, many choices. Ski in and ski out. Ans car in garage, all included in the price which is acceptable for the service.

Very nice stay at the hotel. We were greeted by friendly staff at the reception, which showed us the room with a smile. Food was magnificent, drinks have correct prices. Lots of amenities like a playroom, swimming pool, welness, sauna, ... Staff care about your stay and you feel welcome. Would visit again! Almencard very useful for cable lifts and bus.

Comfortable & clean apartment. Food & service in the restaurant is great. Easy 3 minute car-ride to the ski area. The only area for improvement that I can think of is that it would be great if the hotel was offering daycare / kindergarten services, such that parents can ski all day long, or have dinner calmly. Some other hotels in this class provide such services.

Overall I can really recommend that place. The staff is really nice, supportive and always up for a recommendation. The food is delicious and changing every day to a different theme. The spa is spread across the place which makes it easygoing to avoid other hotel guest. The hotel is placed in a very nice scenery and servers as a good starting point for hiking tours. If you are into Gin and Tonic the hotel bar offers a very good collection of gins and tonic waters and a very knowledgeable bar tender.

Our stay at Masl Hotel has been great in all the respects. The room and every common areas were clean, tastefully and charming designed and furnished. The food is honestly amazing (and I am not easily impressed...). The Messner family and the whole staff are very attentive and really give you that familiar sense of being treated as valued guests. My only suggestion would be to increase the spa capacity as we couldn’t enjoy it as much as we wished because fully booked. I can only recommend this hotel and the beautiful surrounding mountains.

We had a most amazing time in Hotel Masl this summer! Great location, lots of things to do, fantastic food, outstanding service - very professional, but with a family touch. Definitely highly recommended!
